If you would like to inquire about an order, You Must create a ticket.
You can do this in less than 30 seconds by going to the orders page on our website and clicking the Get Help button next to the order in question. You will be provided with a simple form you can submit. If you checked out as a guest you can still open a ticket by going to our Support Site and clicking Create a Ticket.
We cannot guarantee that your inquiry will be answered in a timely manner otherwise.
These tickets go directly to our shipping department and will be answered within 24 hours. You will receive a direct reply email from our support staff. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this request.
If you would like to check the status of an existing order, please follow the link below.
You do not need to check tickets after they are created. You will receive a direct email when the ticket is updated. The support site should only be used if you checkout as a guest. Otherwise please use the order page and click the Get Help button as referenced above.
