| Gigi Lasher
manager of 123-fitness.com is a graduate from University of
Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Exercise Kinesiology. While
pursuing her undergraduate degree she was chosen to assist in
teaching a graduate level course: Exercise for Elderly. Since
then her interest in working with seniors grew. She started
her own group fitness class for older adults and is now a certified
Senior Fitness Instructor. |

As a personal trainer, Gigi is certified through
ACSM. Her focus in training is, “to give my clients great
programs that help achieve their goals without injuring themselves”.
With almost four years of experience in the rehabilitation setting,
she learned how to work around, help cure and prevent injuries.
Working for Raleigh Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialists also gave
her experience to work with all ages including recovering athletes.
Gigi has been in the Fitness field for almost
five years now and had helped a lot of her clients achieve their
goals, whether it is to lose weight, tone up, get big, maintain
or even to follow existing programs like Body for Life.
Aside from her 50+ class, she also teaches Bodysculpting,
Butts/Guts and sometimes Total Body Conditioning. She also does
one on one Stretching Class
